Pasta Renzo Marinai is produced in very small quantities because it is made from organically farmed wheat, sown and reaped by hand in Panzano. This type of wheat is called ‘Cappelli’ and was once widely produced because it was specifically for pasta but these days it is hardly grown at all because producers prefer crops which give a greater yield.
Excellent is his Chianti Classico and the Chianti Classico riserva.
