For one weekend this medieval village nestling in the Crete Senesi welcomes visitors to come taste the newly pressed olive oil and other local specialties, including the Orcia white truffle and Orcia D.O.C. wines, in the fairgrounds and in the town’s restaurants. Beyond the market- lined streets, there are also tours of local frantoi (olive oil mills) and mini wine and olive oil tasting classes.
