What a beautiful day yesterday at the magnific location of Volognano Castle, thanks to the owner Camilla.
Small producers of the area presented their excellent cheeses, jams, salamis, wine, chestnuts, home made cakes, books, furnitures and handicraft laces...delicious the necci pancakes with an incredible chestnut flour.
Of course, the wine, the extra virgin olive oil and the holy wine vinegar were the ones produced at the Castle, excellent!
