In fact there is a world of producers in Tuscany and not many people know about it. 

You can visit the workshops and shops of some of these artisans, real masters of their art, who produce chocolate of the highest quality and strenuously defend its purity (100% cocoa butter with no other added vegetable fats).

During the winter season, there are many events dedicated to chocolate specialities and it’s a way for all the citizens and tourists to get to know more about almost everybody’s favourite food.
