I FORTINI Artisanal Cookies of Versilia
In their laboratory, few steps from Forte dei Marmi, the Fortini cookies are still produced today in an artisanal way, selecting the best ingredients in the world and without any preservatives.
The dough from which the Fortini will be made is rolled by hand and each Fortino is packed one by one after 48 hours of production.

100 gr. - 484 kcal
with the best Spanish and Italian almonds:
00 wheat flour, butter, sugar, almonds 7%, egg yolk
HAZELNUT

with IGP Piedmont hazelnuts from the Langhe:

LEMON

DOUGH The shortcrust pastry of i Fortini is prepared in a slow and delicate way, using only centrifuge butter, flour, sugar and egg yolk ROLLING The Cookies are produced as they once were, rolled by hand, without the help of machinery or molds CUTTING AND COOKING After rolling, the Fortini are cooled for 24 hours, cut and then baked in the oven PACKAGING After cooking the Fortini are cooled to room temperature and finally packaged one by one in single portions
