Rosemary Bread
Rosemary bread is a soft, sweet bun with sultanas (zibibbo) and rosemary. It’s goldenbrownin colour and shiny because before baking it is brushed with olive oil. It’s produced all year round in most of the region.
They can be considered traditional because of the particular combination of ingredients and to the procedure which has remained unchanged for centuries.
