Rosemery Bread
Recipe
500 gr. white flour
0.25 gr yeast
6 tablespoons milk
30 gr sugar
150 gr sultanas
rosemary
salt
olive oil
The dough is made from refined wheat flour, water, yeast, salt, olive oil, sultanas and rosemary.
The buns are formed by hand and are covered with a damp cloth to make them rise better.
Before baking they are brushed with olive oil.
Traditionally, they are cooked in wood ovens.
