Rice Fritters
Recipe
100 g rice
1/2 l milk
Lemon grated peel
A pintch of salt
3 eggs
50 g flour
1 sugar teaspoon
1 spoon rhum
Olive Oil
Cook some rice in milk, then add eggs and flour to make a doughy batter and then take spoonfuls of the mixture and deep fry until golden.
When done, roll in sugar. Anyone who can stop eating them gets a prize!
You can add lemon, or vinsanto to the mixture.
