Bringoli Feast of San Martino

Traditional festival with local specialties such as brustichino, sausages, chestnuts and new wine.
Homemade pasta is by far the star of the feast and especially the Anghiarese bringoli with fake sauce, a classic dish of the Tuscan tradition and Valtiberina.
The Bringoli are the classic hand-made spaghetti prepared by local women and are topped with mushroom sauce or meat or even oil.
Try also the great brustichino: bread, oil, salt, garlic And a grilled sausage…not so light but very tasteful.
