Florentine Lilies with Saffron
Hand made durum wheat pasta, bronze-drawn and dried on racks at a temperature below 38°, made with Saffron harvested on the Pruneti farm.
The Fabbri pasta factory produces this pasta prepared by hand and drawn into the shape of a Lily, homage to Florence and to the gladiolus which has been cultivated on this soil for centuries.
