Casentino Grey Feast

Don't miss this event, a celebration of the Casentino Grey, a dark skinned local breed of pig which lived in the wild or semi-wild.

These animals, according to the rules of a rigorous discipline, are bred by traditional methods, in the open where they feed mainly by grazing in the underbrush of oaks and chestnuts, with an integration of natural vegetable products.

During the event, it is possible to taste the legendry grey Prosciutto (Presidio Slow Food) and Grey hamburgers, accompanied by excellent local wines.
