Claudio Pistocchi, with the support of his sister Claudia, has become one the best chocolatier in Tuscany.

At the workshop in North of Florence, for over 20 years, he creates exceptional chocolate products like the famous Torta Pistocchi (with no flour, so glutenfree!)

Upon request they also organize chocolate tasting and lesson: Claudio will share with you his passion for chocolate and his knowledge.

Recently Pistocchi launched the new Torta Elisa with white chocolate, spices and exotic fruits, dedicated to his daughter Elisa.
