Real Taste of Tuscany TOP Apartment

An 85 sqm. apartment of 85 square with two double bedrooms, two bathrooms, two living rooms and two kitchens in the Oltrarno district in Florence almost 100 m. from Piazza Santo Spirito in the quiet Via Maffia street. This feature makes it one of a kind since it can be rented by customers who want to be together but who want at the same time their privacy, a family with children or a group of friends and can also fits additional people thanks to the two sofas beds in the 2 living rooms!

Real Taste of Tuscany TopApartment is located on the first floor of a building, just above the Real Taste of Tuscany apartment at the ground floor, (same owner) which accommodates 2 + 2 people. An ideal solution for a group of people who can rent both the ground floor and the first floor. So, renting both, they can accommodate maximum 12 people or comfortably from 6 to 9.

Real Taste of Tuscany TopApartment, which has been totally renovated in February 2018, consists of an entrance, a left side that immediately leads to a double bedroom with bathroom inside (shower) and a living room with kitchen corner in a closet with TV, sofa bed, washing machine and dining table; on the right side of the entrance, there is a double bedroom with bathroom inside (shower) and a living room with a kitchen corner with TV, sofa bed, dining table and a laundry with washing machine and dryer.

In the rooms there are ceiling fans and mosquito nets on the windows. You don’t need air conditioning as this is a warm building in winter and cool in summer, however, an air conditioner was provided in case in one bedroom (left side).

In each of the two living rooms, there are two TV Sat, stereo with I pod input, bookcase, and a Real Taste of Tuscany corner with specialties of food and wine of Tuscany strictly selected by our staff available to be purchased by our customers.

On request cleaning lady every 3 day, personal chef for unforgettable dinners & lunches and Tuscan cooking courses made by our chef personalized just for you.

At your arrival, you’ll find a welcome kit - selection Real Taste of Tuscany including our Florence Guidebook, a Florentine events and specialities guide: “A Great Reason for Every Season. FLORENCE”

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE RENTAL

Additional person euro 15 per day: at the apartment there are 2 double sofa beds (each of them a little small but it can fits also 2 pax), so in emergency the apt. fits 8 people

The apt. can be rented also for SMALL EVENTS, as special dinners etc. prices from  euro 300 per day.

Available also for our guests our Real Taste of Tuscany Chef or one of our Real Taste of Tuscany Producers who can prepare for you a personalized meal, to be quoted depending on your needs.

MAID SERVICE during the rental Extra: 2 hours euro 60 euro on request whenever you want

BOOKING

Booking is considered valid when the booking form has been sent, followed (within three days) by a deposit equal to 30% of the entire rental cost

PAYMENT

The remaining 70% must be paid within 60 days prior arrival

CANCELLATIONS

The deposit is not refundable. Cancellation must be made at least 60 days prior to the date of arrival

-Taxis are stationed in front of the Arrivals terminal or can be called by radiotaxi (Phone +39.055.4242/4390/4499/4798). Taxi journey time from the airport to Florence city center is about 20 minutes. Journey cost is calculated by the taxi meter (average cost is 20/25 Euro).

-Bus: Ataf-Sita: 'Vola in bus' service. Departures from A. Vespucci Airport: from 6.00 to 23.30 every thirty minutes. The bus arrives to Santa Maria Novella railway station, which is approximately 500 meters far from the apartment.

-Pisa airport: approximate driving time is 1 hour and distance is 95 kilometers.
