Spighe Toscane

SPIGHE TOSCANE is a company born in 2017 from the passion of the founding members 

for "ancient grains", that is, for those varieties of wheat grown until the first half of the 1900s, 

which currently see a rediscovery due to their healthy characteristics, greater digestibility, 

the presence of important nutrients, and the taste of the products derived from them, like that of the past.

It all started inside the organic farm Monna Giovannella di Antella, 

a farm near Florence,

with a prestigious history behind it, to which Spighe Toscane is

 linked and of which it has 

shared since immediately, the principles and projects.

SPIGHE TOSCANE has been committed since its inception to 

work in harmony with 

nature, to draw its precious fruits, in particular the ancient 

varieties of grains, through 

artisanal methods and paying great attention to the highest 

quality and healthiness of 

the products placed on the market .

All the cereals of TUSCAN SPIGHE and the products 

obtained from them have the 

great value of: being completely natural, containing no 

chemical elements or additives,
