"La Frateria" is part of the San Benedetto farmhouse, engaged in the organic cultivation of fruit trees and in particular of local susine or wild plums (cosce di monaca called in the area) and in the processing of jams made with ancient methods tradition: cooking with direct contact with the flame and storage without adding sugar and/or chemical additives).
Prepared according to the oldest and simplest recipe: the fruit, grown and processed by San Benedetto, is put to cook as soon as she is picked.
Without added sugar, it does not contain dyes, preservatives or pectin.
