Event dedicated to the Chianina cattle breed (the giant white) native to the Valdichiana region.
During the weekend there are conferences, round tables, photographic and art exhibitions, cultural events, folksy evenings, games for kids, wine and food tastings and in the evening, typical dinners with lots of Chianina beef.
