The Real...Livorno Style Ponce. The Very Best recipe!

The Real …Livorno-style Ponce

- 3 part of cane sugar

- lemon peel

- 2/3 of a typical ponce glass of Vittori liquor

- a dose of Derby Tre Stelle liquor (from the some producer of the Vittori liquor)

- a spot of Ramazzotti Amaro (Italian potable bitter)-optional

Boil all the liquid and add at the very end an expresso coffee.

This is the perfect recipe to make the best Ponce alla Livornese.
