Extra-Virgin Olive Oil Festival

A yearly event for tasting the new extra-virgin olive oil, visitors can take part in excursions, tastings and classes plus check out other local specialities.

The Reggello Festival is one of the best and oldest of the events dedicated to olive oil which, in this area has very special characteristics thanks to the height at which the olives are cultivated and the composition of the soil.

The programme is very varied; apart from olive oil tastings on the producers’ stands there are guided tours of the Masaccio Museum of Sacred Art as well as walks along the Olive Oil Trail which follow ancient tracks.

During the Festival there will be a food stand with tastings of typical products.
